INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE POSITION

Description:

Solar Home, Inc., located in Victorville, California, is currently seeking experienced, aggressive Inside Sales People to assist our clients in the selection and purchase of our many renewable energy products offerings. We are currently receiving hundreds of solid sales leads per month so this position requires a thorough understanding of the sales process and very strong follow up skills. Because of the number of inquiries that we are receiving per month, organizational skills are paramount. We are seeking an individual with a strong "can do" attitude that knows how to close sales. Technical knowledge and or knowledge of Solar/ Renewable Energy is a plus.

Requirements
 
Thorough knowledge and a strong belief in the importance of adhering to the steps involved in the sales process.

Ability to follow up, follow up and follow up and close the sale. Our goal is to offer excellence in service.

Ability to keep accurate and systematic records as to where each sales prospect is in the sales process. Proactive customer service is at the very core of our company's business philosophy. 

Report regularly to the sales manager and coordinate with logistics management staff to ensure a smooth transition from the close of sale to product delivery.

Education and Experience
A minimum of an Associate Degree in any subject is preferred.
3 + years sales experience in the sale of large ticket items, financial investments, real estate, auto sales, etc.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software, and Internet
Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
No Cold Calling Required. All leads are inbound in the form of phone calls, emails and requests for quotations.
